At Southside Muay Thai & Fitness, we believe training should be fun, challenging, and rewarding. Our full-time facility near the Adelaide CBD features over 200 sqm of floor space, two boxing rings, hanging bags, air-conditioning, and separate male and female amenities with showers. We’re affiliated with Muay Thai Australia, IFMA/World Muay Thai Council, and Boxing SA, ensuring the highest standards of training.

All sessions are led by head coaches Barry Saunders and Kar Wong, alongside a team of professional trainers with international coaching experience. Every coach holds a Level 1 Community Coaching Certificate, first-aid/CPR qualifications, and current police and working-with-children checks.
