Founded in 2013 by 6th Dan Master Benny Lam, Shilla Taekwondo has been proudly serving the Greater Western Sydney community for over a decade. With locations in Penrith and Cambridge Park, we provide a welcoming space for kids, teens, and adults to learn Taekwondo in a supportive and disciplined environment.

Our classes focus on developing strong martial arts skills while also nurturing respect, focus, and resilience. Students learn traditional Taekwondo techniques, self-defence, and discipline, all while building confidence and fitness.
