Sharp Jiu Jitsu Academy Dural

🥋 About us

Welcome to SJJA Dural, part of Australia’s fastest‑growing martial arts academy founded by World Champion Bruno Alves. Since 2016, we’ve been helping kids, teens and adults discover the transformative power of Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu (BJJ). More than just a sport, our academy is a community where confidence, discipline and lifelong friendships are built. Our symbol — three arrows forming a diamond — represents the pressure that unlocks untapped strength in mind, body and spirit.

🎯 Our Mission

We are committed to teaching excellence through the art of Jiu‑Jitsu. Our goal is to help students achieve success on and off the mats by building resilience, discipline and self‑belief. With a family‑friendly culture, we welcome everyone regardless of background, fostering teamwork, respect and inclusion. As part of a world‑class team, we strive to compete at the highest level while nurturing every student’s personal journey.

💎 Our Values

At SJJA, we believe in persevering through adversity, seizing opportunities, facing fears calmly, using intelligence over brute force, working hard and never giving up. We encourage healthy lifestyles and positive habits, helping students unlock strength in both body and spirit. Guided by Bruno Alves’ winning mindset, we teach our students to think like champions in life as well as on the mats.
