🌟 About Us

Shaolin Warrior Martial Arts is the only Shaolin training facility in Wollongong and the Illawarra. Led by Shifu Darrin Bird (Shaolin disciple Yong Ling Dao), we carry a 33-generation lineage and 1500 years of martial arts history. We teach Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong—combining self-defence, fitness, and mindfulness.

👦 Kids & Teens

Classes for ages 8–18 build agility, fitness, and resilience while teaching respect, focus, and confidence. Our goal is to nurture calm, courageous young people who carry these skills into everyday life.

💪 Adults & Teens

Group classes and personal training cover Kung Fu techniques, Tai Chi forms, Qi Gong breathing, and traditional weapons. Training strengthens body, mind, and spirit while improving balance, conditioning, and self-defence.

🎉 Free Beginners Session

Try a Kung Fu or Tai Chi group class for free—spots fill fast! Kids’ classes run twice weekly, while adult and teen classes are available most evenings and Saturday mornings.

👤 Personal Training
