SC Physie and Dance is an exciting, family friendly club, teaching the Australian Physie and Dance syllabus, in a safe, fun and motivating environment. We challenge our students with new choreography each year, that helps to build self esteem, self confidence and sportsmanship.

In the ultimate combination of dance and sport, APDA provides the platform for students

to be able to perform and compete individually and also as a part of a team.

The only place in the Illawarra teaching the APDA syllabus, SC Physie and Dance is the perfect place to make life long friendships and be part of an award winning club.

CLASSES

★ APDA TINY TOTS - 2 to 4 years

Through music and dance, our preschool program teaches and improves gross motor skills, which are vital to your child's development. They learn the basic fundamentals of a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz and physie. Our program also improves school readiness.

★ SCPD Petite's - 4 to 5 years

The APDA syllabus is design to develop: Fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and rhythm, musicality, core strength and posture, correct and safe dance technique, self-esteem and self-discipline.

★ JUNIORS 5 to 12 years PHYSIE AND DANCE

The APDA syllabus is design to develop: Fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and rhythm, musicality, core strength and posture, correct and safe dance technique, self-esteem and self-discipline.

★ SCPD MASTERCLASSES

We have put together a selection of classes, with an impressive collection of teachers including Miss Amanda, Miss Robyn and our founding teacher Mrs Cheryl Beveridge to help students tackle those harder skills, improve flexibility and fitness before we head into a full year of competition.
