For over 30 years, RKD Martial Arts has been helping kids, teens, and adults in Bassendean, Perth, build confidence, fitness, and practical self‑defence skills. We are a full‑time martial arts centre dedicated to teaching resilience, discipline, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

• Mini‑Dragons (ages 3–5): Coordination and confidence through fun activities.

• Kids (ages 6–12): Confidence, self‑esteem, discipline, and respect.

• Young Adults (ages 13–17): Fitness, resilience, and real‑world skills.

• Adults (18+): Practical self‑defence, fitness, and confidence.

⚔️ Specialised Programs

Alongside our freestyle martial arts syllabus, we offer Eskrima (Filipino stick and knife fighting), Women’s Self Defence courses, Kids Parkour, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Fitness classes, Saber Knight Academy, and tailored school or corporate programs. Private tuition and personal training are also available.

Our curriculum blends Krav Maga Worldwide with techniques from Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu, Eskrima, and more. This fusion ensures students learn effective skills for stand‑up fighting, grappling, ground defence, and weapon defence—all taught in a practical, real‑world way.

Head Instructor Ryan has over 30 years of martial arts experience and multiple black belts across disciplines. His passion lies in guiding students of all ages to grow stronger, calmer, and more confident.
