I have done 500 hr Hatha Yoga 200 hr Vinayasa yoga teacher training, 100 hr Iyengar Yoga therapy, 250 hr aerial yoga teacher training 50 hrs kids yoga teacher training. I have learned many breathing techniques, meditation techniques and sound therapist.

I do all types of yoga like Hatha yoga, chair yoga, adoptive yoga, props yoga, restorative yoga and Laughter yoga too.

I teach yoga in childcare centers as well as in school. I teach to adults as well as kids.
