With over 1,100 hours of yoga teacher training across Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar therapy, Aerial, and Kids Yoga, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class. I’ve also trained in breathing techniques, meditation, and sound therapy, making my approach holistic and deeply nurturing.
