• Boxing Amped – fitness‑focused sessions with cardio, bag/pad work, and optional light contact.

• Fundamentals (Beginners) – perfect for newcomers, covering stance, combinations, defence, and movement.

• Sparring (Juniors to Masters) – supervised ring practice for skill development.

• Fight Team – exclusive program for approved members, offering competition readiness and ring experience.

• Circuit, Strength & Conditioning – high‑intensity workouts using equipment like TRX, slam balls, and boxing bags.

• Open Training – flexible, independent routines for those who prefer self‑paced sessions.

• Self‑Defence Tactics – practical, street‑focused skills based on combative boxing principles.

We’re proud to be Cleveland’s go‑to boxing club for the whole family (ages 6+). Our club is fun, inclusive, and supportive, with a strong focus on kids’ fitness and boxing. Conveniently located with plenty of parking and no joining fee, we make it easy for families to get started.
