Primary Colors Art School

🧒 About us

Primary Colours Art School is a creative space in Northcote, Naarm (Melbourne) that welcomes both children and adults to explore art in a supportive, inspiring environment. With a focus on time, space, and resources, the school provides everything kids need to discover their creativity and develop confidence in their artistic abilities.

🎯 Our Mission

We believe art is for everyone, and our mission is to nurture creativity across all ages. For children, this means providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment where they can experiment with different mediums, express themselves, and grow their skills at their own pace.

🎨 Our Programs

* Kids’ Classes: Divided into age groups (5–9 and 8–18 years), children explore sculpture, painting, printmaking, drawing, and mixed media. Each term is shaped by the students’ interests after an initial provocation session.

* Short Courses & Clubs: Specialised sessions for teens and adults, including oil painting, acrylics, and drawing clubs.

* Excursions & Incursions: Tailored art programs brought to schools, workplaces, or community spaces.

* Art Parties: Creative celebrations where kids enjoy guided art activities, music, and fun with friends.
