What do we do?
A traditional Korean Style Martial art.
Incorporating the basic stances, blocks, kicks and punches of Katate and TaeKwonDo. Plus, moving up regular levels, elements of Judo, Ju Jitsu, & Aikido, combining at higher levels into Aiki - Jitsu, also Groundwork (Yu Sul), and weapons - Danbon, Pole (Jangbon), Sword (Kom), Belt, Cane, Fan and Pressure Point manipulation.
