Welcome to the Port Macquarie Academy of Music, where we’ve been inspiring and exciting students of all ages since 1992! Founded by Anne and Michael Russell, we are dedicated to providing affordable, quality music lessons that cater to everyone, from beginners to seasoned musicians. Our passionate and skilled teachers are not only accredited in their instruments but also have real-world experience as performing musicians, ensuring that every lesson is both informative and fun. Plus, all our instructors have the necessary qualifications to work with children, so you can feel at ease knowing your little ones are in safe hands.

At our modern studios located on Chestnut Rd, we offer a variety of music lessons to suit your family's interests. Whether your child wants to strum a guitar, tickle the ivories on a piano, bang on some drums, or even learn to sing, we have something for everyone! Our lessons span Piano/Keyboard, Guitar, Drums, Singing, and Music Theory. We’ve also designed the Mini Musos class specifically for preschoolers aged 2-5, introducing them to the wonderful world of music in a fun and engaging way.
