OUR CLASSES

✨ Kids Pole Dancing Classes

In our Kids Classes your child will learn a combination of Pole and Lyra. Each week they will learn to make beautiful shapes in the Lyra and work on their strength training on the Pole.

The classes run over each school term and consist of a 1 hour class each week. They are run by qualified teachers with a ratio of 1 teacher per 5 students. We have 2 age group classes – 5 to 9 years and 10 to 15 years. Our classes are open to both boys and girls.

Some benefits of our Kids Classes include enhanced physical development, as they are a great form of exercise that helps to build strength and overall fitness. As well as improved co-ordination, body awareness, flexibility and not to mention mental focus.

Pole Plus prides ourselves on providing an encouraging and non-competitive environment for the students. We believe in building our kids confidence and teaching them that they can achieve things they never thought possible. Most importantly we promote self-love and being proud of who we are and the amazing things our bodies can do.
