Phoenix Rising Martial Arts

🔥 About us

Welcome to Phoenix Rising Martial Arts, a family‑friendly dojo in Morayfield, Queensland. Since 2014, we’ve grown into a supportive community where kids, teens, and adults can discover the benefits of martial arts. More than just learning techniques, our focus is on building confidence, resilience, and life skills in a safe and welcoming environment.

🎯 Our Mission

Our mission is to empower students of all ages through martial arts and personal development. We believe training should be fun, inclusive, and meaningful—helping children and families grow stronger together while learning practical self‑defence, discipline, and respect.

🥋 Our Programs

* Kids Martial Arts: Engaging classes that build confidence, coordination, and discipline.

* Teen & Adult Classes: From Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu and Wing Chun Kung Fu to Filipino Kali and Cage Fitness, there’s something for every interest and skill level.

* Fight Like A Girl (FLAG): A women’s‑only program designed to empower girls and women with self‑defence and confidence.

* Wu Chi Tai Chi: Gentle, restorative training that improves balance, flexibility, and inner calm.

Inclusive Programs: Special classes for disabled teens and adults, plus school and workplace programs that bring martial arts into everyday life.

💖 Why families love us

Parents appreciate our welcoming facilities, pram and wheelchair accessibility, and comfortable viewing areas where they can cheer on their kids. Children love the fun, supportive atmosphere, while families value the focus on respect, fitness, and community.
