Phoenix Netball Club

🏐 Phoenix Netball Club – Ferny Grove

At Phoenix Netball Club, we believe sport is about more than just winning—it’s about fun, teamwork, and building friendships. Since 2011, we’ve been giving local kids the chance to play netball in a supportive, community‑focused environment.

👧 Who Can Play?

- Non‑competitive teams: Ages 7.5–10 (boys and girls welcome)

- Competitive teams: Ages 11+ (girls only)

This structure means younger players can enjoy learning the game without pressure, while older athletes can challenge themselves in competitive leagues.

🎓 Coaching Approach

Our sessions are designed to build skills step by step:

- Warm‑ups and fun activities to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination

- Skill drills like ball control, passing, and teamwork exercises

- Group activities that teach movement, space awareness, and game strategy

- Half‑court games to put skills into practice

- Warm‑downs to finish safely and positively
