👶 Mat Monsters (Ages 5–7)

Fast‑paced and motivating, this program introduces young grapplers to the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and energetic way. Kids build confidence, coordination, and discipline while staying active.

👦 BJJ Beasts (Ages 8–12)

Designed for children ready to take their training further, these sessions focus on skill development, focus, and hard work. Kids begin their grappling journey with structured lessons that challenge them to grow.

👩‍🎓 Teens BJJ (Ages 13–16)

With an emphasis on teamwork, ethics, and personal development, teens train hard while building life skills that prepare them for adulthood. Classes encourage resilience, respect, and responsibility both on and off the mat.
