Penshurst Kyokushin Karate is the official IKO Kyokushin dojo in South Sydney, welcoming kids (ages 5–12) and adults (13+) to experience one of the world’s most respected martial arts. Led by Sensei Vicki, a 3rd Dan black belt with over 27 years of experience, our dojo provides authentic full‑contact karate training that builds confidence, discipline and strength. Families from Penshurst, Hurstville, Mortdale, Peakhurst and nearby suburbs trust us to deliver safe, structured and inspiring classes where every student can grow at their own pace.

Our mission is to help students develop resilience, respect and character through the practice of Kyokushin Karate. We believe that a black belt is simply a white belt who never gave up — and we guide students to persevere, stay disciplined and discover their full potential both on and off the training floor.
📘 Our Programs
* Kids Karate (5–12 yrs) – Fun, structured classes that build confidence, coordination, discipline and respect.
* Teen & Adult Karate (13+) – Full‑contact training that improves fitness, technique, stamina and mental toughness.
* All Levels Training – Classes designed for beginners through to advanced students, with personalised guidance from Sensei Vicki.
* Traditional & Modern Practice – Balanced training in kata, kihon, sparring and conditioning, combining tradition with practical self‑defence.
