OUR PHILOSOPHY

With over 50 years of combined teaching experience, Palmer’s Gym can tailor a program to suit your child or teenager’s needs. Palmer’s Gym provides your child with a multitude of life enhancing benefits and will prepare them for a lifetime of success. We strive to build your child’s motor skills, and develop their social and intellectual skills. Palmer’s Gym will increase your child’s flexibility, balance and rhythm, and consequently improve self esteem and confidence. Whether your child is a dancer, wake boarder, ice skater, artistic gymnast, cheerleader, netballer, footballer, Palmer’s Gym can put the edge on their game!

Palmer’s Gym offers classes for 4 month to 10 month olds with the introduction of Baby Gym in 2014, Tumble Tots was introduced in March 2010, offering a Kinder Gym program for crawlers up to 5 year olds. Palmer’s Gym also offer unique School Gymnastic Programs for schools, kindergartens, preschools, children & adults with special needs, blind and vision impaired children & adults, play groups, tumbling for adults and even Birthday Parties!

Palmer’s Gym has produced State, National and world class tumblers and sports acrobats and put ‘the edge’ on Commonwealth Games and Olympic Games medallists in a huge variety of gravity defying sports.
