OUR CLASSES

✨ Juniors (5 - 12 Years)

The innovative and age appropriate choreography of the BJP Syllabus is taught through positive encouragement and engaging classes.

Physie teaches young girls not only the joy of dance, but also develops their social skills, and builds the foundations for them to become confident young girls.

✨ Seniors (13 Years +)

Up to age 15 girls dance in their age category. After this their category is deemed by their Champion Girl status which progresses each year if they choose to compete.

Through the BJP syllabus girls learn how to communicate through movement, music and performance, giving them the skills they need to shine! Routines are practised and perfected throughout the year.

Northlakes Physie is proud to be a club that is built on family, friendship and fun. A club where we feel empowered to grow together as strong, confident girls and ladies. Where everyone is accepted for who they are, and where everyone is supported and motivated to be the best they can be.

At Northlakes Physie we encourage all our girls and ladies to build their physical strength and increase their flexibility, but on top of that we believe that teaching with a caring and encouraging attitude is what will really boost our students self-confidence and bring out their inner star.

We are dedicated to good sportsmanship, teaching girls to have respect for themselves and others, and working together as a team to achieve our dreams and goals.
