Ninja Kids

Ninja Kids offer “Ninja Warrior” style obstacle courses and tumbling classes, school holidays programs and host epic birthday parties for your little Ninja.

Whether your child is a beginner or advanced Ninja, they’ll gain more confidence, skill & have heaps of fun in our classes!

CLASSES

★ Teeny Weeny Warriors (3-5 years old)

Teeny Weeny Warriors is a Ninja Warrior Style class designed for 3 to 5 year olds. Parent or Caregiver help is optional. It incorporates Ninja Warrior activities with basic gross motor skills to develop balance, coordination, and strength.

★ Warrior Ninja (Beginner)

This class is for those children new to obstacle and ninja style training. We work on basic warm up and introduce partner strength elements at the beginning of the class. Their focus is to learn the skills and technique of basic ninja obstacles, parkour and gymnastics skills and develop their grip strength.

★ Master Ninja (Intermediate)

These children have spent time developing their body and grip strength. This class has a more complex warm up that works on mobility and strength as well as technique. Their focus is to develop their skills on more challenging obstacles and learn new and challenging techniques on other obstacles. They will increase their parkour and gymnastics skills even further in this class.

★ Ultimate Ninja (Advanced)

Ultimate Ninjas have the ability to complete basic strength movements with ease and can now focus on more difficult bodyweight strength movements. They are capable of completing most obstacles in the gym on their own and are now focussing on developing their strength endurance on obstacle courses (6-9 obstacles in a row) as well as learning new and challenging parkour and gymnastics skills.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday party (for those turning 6 or older) bookings available!

You’ll have access to the entire Ninja Kids gym including all obstacles. You’ll also receive invitations, qualified and experienced coaches to provide structured activities and supervised free time, use of the kitchen and reception area, a free gift for the birthday Ninja and more!
