Nepean Rowing Club

We are a friendly rowing club located on the Nepean River. We provide rowing for all ages and skill levels from social rowing to elite rowing. We also provide learn to rows, so why not give it a go.

LEARN TO ROW

This program is the first step in our pathway into rowing at Nepean. Sixty minute group sessions in tub singles introduces individuals to the sport and allows them to see if they wish to continue with the sport in the future.

• Social Rower

This program is for individuals who wish to row recreationally and not compete. Weekly group sessions held in tub singles is the main component of this program.

• Club Rower

Junior: This program is for individuals aged 17 and under who wish to compete for Nepean.

Senior: This program is for individuals aged 18 and over who wish to compete for Nepean.

• High Performance & Development

Junior Development: This is a selective program for members aged 17 and under and certain benchmarks need to be meet to be part of the squad.

Senior High Performance: This is a selective program for members aged 18 and over and certain benchmarks need to be meet to be part of the squad.
