My First Gym Figtree

At MyFirstGym Figtree, we believe in inspiring children to move, stay active, and have fun while developing essential fitness skills. We offer over 60 exciting classes for kids aged 0-15, covering a wide range of activities such as martial arts, dance, gymnastics, ninja warrior, and more—all led by professional coaches dedicated to helping children grow stronger and more confident.

Our classes are designed to cater to children at every developmental stage, from babies to teens. For example, our Baby Explorers (7-12 months) class focuses on motor skills, balance, and spatial awareness, while our Energetic Emus (3-year-olds) engage in fun activities that enhance balance, coordination, and fine motor skills. For older kids, we offer high-energy classes like Cheer (over 4’s), where children can learn dance, tumbling, and acrobatics, or MFG Ninja Warrior (over 4’s), which combines obstacle courses and decision-making to boost cardiovascular fitness and strength.

For kids aged 8-15, our MFGFit Strength & Power program offers functional circuit-based training, specially designed to improve speed, endurance, power, and agility, providing a great complement to any other sport or physical activity they enjoy.
