OUR CLASSES
⭐ Rookies (Ages 6-12 Years)
Rookies class is for beginner Ninjas and is the ideal starting point for your ninja journey. You’ll develop strength, co-ordination and correct techniques which lay a foundation for you ninja journey. Once you gain strength and confidence, you’re encouraged to take the next step and move into our Intermediate Class.
⭐ Intermediate (Ages 6-12)
This class caters for students that have a little more experience with Ninja because they have been training longer or simply have more strength and ability than a beginner would. In this class the level of difficulty is increased, harder balance, harder grip holds, longer and more difficult laches.
At this level we ask the students to start competing in competitions, either in-house, at other gyms or in official Ninja Leagues. We hold in-house social comps, as well as comps with affiliation to National Leagues that hold Local, State and National Qualifiers. These leagues are also linked to World Ninja leagues in the US.
⭐ Squad Team *Invite Only*
This is our competitive class and is invite only. We invite students who have demonstrated a higher level of skill, discipline and a willingness to compete. We challenge these students with a higher level of fitness, skills training and more 1 on 1 attention.
We promote an inclusive and supportive environment with both the students and their families. Our squad team is ultimately our extended family as we go away together as a group with all the children to competitions. Our squad team wear our club uniform with pride and support everyone competing no matter which club they train at.
⭐ Teens (Ages 13-16)
Because of differing height and ability levels in this age group (13-16yrs) we cater for both Rookie and Intermediate levels together. We structure the class so there is an easier option for most obstacles. It is a smaller class with only 10 Teens max. It again is a very supportive and team environment as our teens tend to form bonds within the class.
⭐ Adults (Ages 17+)
Our adult sessions are less structured and run for 90min. It’s more of a freestyle class where you can work on 1 obstacle until you complete it or multiple obstacles to create a course. It’s a great social sport where encouragement is the norm because it’s everyone competes against the course, not each
other.
The adults class is a casual group of people aged 14yrs to 65yrs. You don’t need to come each week, just when you can fit it in your schedule.
⭐ Holiday Program (School aged kids)
OUR STORY
WE ARE A TIGHT FAMILY UNIT WHO ALL LOVE NINJA WARRIOR
It all started with the American Ninja Warrior show which we starting watching when our eldest son was only a toddler. We were super excited when they launched the Australian version, and have not missed an episode!
Our eldest son Haydyn actually appeared on Season 6 (2022) as the youngest ever competitor at 16yrs old.
Our dream back then was to get involved in the sport and one day open our own Ninja Warrior Training facility. In late 2016 we started Mr Ninja Climbing Frames and started making Ninja and Climbing frames for backyards.
This gave us the opportunity to build relationships with our customers and fine tune our skills as obstacle builders.
In January 2022 we built a small Ninja Rig inside our workshop at Narangba and started running Ninja classes a few afternoons a week. By the end of the year we had outgrown the small space and made the difficult decision to close Mr Ninja Climbing Frames and expand our gym space.
We started 2023 with 200m2 of upgraded Ninja space with plenty of new obstacles to challenge our students.
