At Movement Martial Arts in Macquarie Park, Sydney, we provide expert training in three exciting disciplines:

• Muay Thai Kickboxing: Known as the “art of 8 limbs,” this dynamic style uses hands, elbows, knees, and feet for striking. It’s a fantastic workout, great for self-defence, and perfect for kids and adults alike.

• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ): A grappling-based martial art focusing on control, submissions, and ground fighting. BJJ is highly effective for self-defence and builds problem-solving skills and resilience.

• Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): The world’s fastest-growing sport, combining striking, takedowns, and ground fighting. MMA blends BJJ, kickboxing, and wrestling into one comprehensive style.

🧒 Kids’ Classes

We offer BJJ and Muay Thai Kickboxing classes for kids aged 5–14, designed to build confidence, discipline, and fitness in a safe, supportive environment. Kids learn valuable skills while having fun, making friends, and staying active.
