👧 Our Squads

Mountain Swim offers a full pathway of swimming squads for kids and teens, starting from beginners through to elite competitors:

• Squids (7–10yrs): Technique-focused classes preparing swimmers for Mini Squad.

• Mini Squad (8–12yrs): First step into squad training, focusing on technique and basic fitness.

• Bronze Squad (10–14yrs): Intermediate training with greater emphasis on endurance and skill.

• Silver Squad (13–16yrs): Advanced training for competition readiness.

• Performance Squad (14–18yrs): Elite training for swimmers aiming at national and Olympic levels.

• Swim Fit (13–17yrs): Non-competitive program focusing on fitness and fun.

We also provide adult squad training, catering to beginners through to advanced swimmers.

🌟 Our Coaching Team

Founded in 2013 by Head Coach Corin Dobson, Mountain Swim has become a trusted name in the Blue Mountains. Corin has over 25 years of coaching experience and has guided more than 40 swimmers to National Age level, as well as athletes to National Open and Olympic Trials. He leads a dedicated team of assistant and junior coaches, all Austswim and lifeguard qualified, ensuring every swimmer receives expert guidance in a safe and supportive environment.
