Welcome to Mortdale Physie!

At Mortdale Physie, we offer fun, dynamic classes for pre-schoolers, ladies, and everyone in between in a friendly, family-oriented environment. Whether your child is a complete beginner or has some dance experience, there’s a place for them in our supportive community. With classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Mortdale and Oatley, we’ve been a staple in the local area for over 60 years.

Affiliated with BjP Physical Culture, our program combines elements of jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary dance, aerobics, and even yoga. Set to upbeat pop music, our choreography is refreshed annually, ensuring students stay engaged with a variety of exciting routines. Physie is more than just dance — it helps improve strength, fitness, flexibility, and coordination, while also boosting brain development and confidence.

Physie is a synchronised, team-based sport, making it a fantastic way to build teamwork skills in a social and supportive atmosphere. Our classes are designed with Australian families in mind, offering an affordable way to stay active, with class fees starting from just $8 per week and a low annual registration fee of $99. Plus, with no costly costumes or recital fees, you can focus on the joy of learning and performing.
