👶 Special 3–6 Year Old Classes

Our “Mighty Matts” pre-school clubs introduce young children to martial arts through fun, safe, and age-appropriate activities. Kids develop respect, focus, and social skills while building confidence in a supportive environment.

🧒 Juniors Classes for 7–12 Years

Children in our junior classes learn life skills such as discipline, goal setting, concentration, stranger danger awareness, and basic First Aid, all while having fun and staying active. Classes focus on growth in both physical ability and character development.

💪 Programmes for All Ages and Fitness Levels

Our expert instructors create programs for beginners through to advanced students. Adults can enjoy fitness, weight loss, and personal development through our Ladies Only, adult, and teen classes, all taught in a relaxed and motivating environment.

Matt Fiddes Martial Arts incorporates Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Ju Jitsu, Kung Fu, and weapons training, giving students a well-rounded self-defence system that prepares them to protect themselves in real-world situations.
