Since opening our first Australian school in 2007, Matt Fiddes Martial Arts (MF) has grown into a thriving community across three states, inspiring people of all ages to reach their full potential. Our mission is simple: to make martial arts accessible to everyone, blending fitness, self-defence, and life skills in a safe, fun, and positive environment.

- Mighty Matts (3–6 yrs) – Fun, structured sessions introducing discipline, respect, and basic self-defence.

- Juniors (7–12 yrs) – Helping kids grow into confident young adults with focus, goal-setting, and leadership skills.

- Adults & Family – Classes designed for fitness, self-defence, and personal growth, with opportunities for families to train together.

🥊 Our Method

MF Martial Arts combines techniques from Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Ju Jitsu, Kung Fu, and martial arts weapons to create a well-balanced self-defence system. This integrated approach equips students to protect themselves in virtually any situation while building strength, flexibility, endurance, and confidence.
