Maths With Mates — Specialist High School Maths Tutoring

Maths With Mates is a specialist mathematics tutoring centre helping NSW high school students build confidence, understanding and stronger results.

Unlike general tutoring services, we focus exclusively on mathematics. This allows every lesson, tutor and resource to be designed around the NSW Mathematics curriculum and the specific needs of each student.

Students can learn one-to-one or in a small Maths-Mates group of two or three, either in person at Hurlstone Park or online. Lessons are tailored to each student’s school program, current areas for improvement and assessment goals. Our experienced head teachers have developed more than 2,000 original resources, including clear lesson notes, detailed worked examples, homework, revision materials and exam-style questions.

We support students from Years 7–12 across Standard, Advanced and Extension Mathematics. Beyond improving marks, our tutors teach students how to study effectively, approach unfamiliar problems and become independent, confident learners.

Whether your child needs help catching up, consolidating weekly schoolwork or preparing for preliminary, trial and HSC examinations, Maths With Mates provides structured, supportive and academically rigorous tuition.
