For over 17 years, Martial Spirit has been dedicated to sharing the life‑enriching benefits of martial arts with children and families. Our team of passionate instructors offers a variety of programs that combine both grappling and striking arts, helping kids grow in confidence, discipline, and resilience. Trial classes are available so families can experience the fun and benefits first‑hand.

🌱 Junior Sprouts (Ages 4–7)

Our acclaimed Sprout Program channels children’s vibrant energy into movement, agility, and conditioning drills. Kids learn falling skills, throwing and wrestling techniques, and martial arts basics through games and fun activities. Classes are motivating, entertaining, and designed to lay the foundations for a healthy body and mind.

🌟 Junior Thrive (Ages 7+)

In our Thrive Program, children build strength, coordination, and technical skills in Aikido, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu. With an emphasis on grappling arts, kids practice throws, submissions, and restraints in a safe, supportive environment. Sessions are energetic, demanding, and full of smiles—helping children thrive both on and off the mats.

🥊 Junior Muay Thai (Ages 7+)

Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport, focused on striking with kicks, punches, knees, and elbows. Our Junior Muay Thai classes are dynamic and fun, building fitness, resilience, and confidence. Taught responsibly in a mindful environment, this program channels energy into strength and discipline while keeping kids engaged and excited.
