🏫 About the College

Founded in 1999 by Master Young Seol Ryoo, MACI began at the Australian College of Sports teaching Taekwondo and Hapkido. By 2000, the first dojang opened in Surry Hills, Sydney. Through the Korea Hapkido Federation, Master Ryoo designed a practical and authentic self‑defence curriculum that transforms beginners into confident martial artists. With his extensive experience and industry networks, MACI also offers access to Taekwondo, Danta, and Gumdo, giving students the chance to test their limits and broaden their martial arts journey.
