Major Player Music School in Rockhampton is one of Central Queensland’s leading music schools for early childhood music education, piano lessons, instrumental music lessons, music theory classes and speech and drama classes.

Our professional, independent music school offers fun and effective lessons for all ages and levels – from 2 years+ and from beginner to advanced.

Learn to play Piano or Keyboard, Guitar, Drums, Strings, Brass & Woodwind or learn to sing in a professional and enjoyable environment.

OUR MUSIC SCHOOL

Music Lessons are usually on a weekly basis during each school term. Afternoons and Saturdays are our most popular options. We schedule your lessons to suit your family best.

Major Player Music School is a professional, independent Music School under the direction of our principal Bernadette Gorman. We are located centrally in Rockhampton adjacent to Green Brothers Music.

OUR STYLE

Our students are encouraged to learn for their enjoyment and for a life-long love of music.

Awards and prizes may come as a natural extension of their enjoyment and commitment but it is not our primary focus.

At Major Player we believe that the student’s progression is reliant upon the effective triangle of support involving teacher leadership, parental support and the dedicated effort of the student.

We need all three in unison to achieve the ideal outcome.
