What do we do?

💃 Physie Club – Dance, Sport & Confidence for All Ages

✨ Our Classes

From little Mermaids (3–4 years) to seniors and ladies, our Physie classes are designed to support every stage of growth. With age-appropriate programs, children build confidence, resilience, and fitness while having fun in a welcoming environment.

🎶 What is Physie?

Physie (short for Physical Culture) is a unique fusion of dance and sport. Set to upbeat music, it blends jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and even yoga. It’s not just about learning choreography—it’s about improving strength, flexibility, posture, and co-ordination while enjoying the thrill of movement.

🌟 Why Do Physie?

Beyond fitness, Physie teaches life lessons. Kids learn teamwork, perseverance, and confidence, while adults enjoy a supportive community that encourages growth and achievement. Every class is a chance to build skills that last a lifetime, both on and off the floor.

💖 Why Families Love Us

Parents love that Physie is more than just dance—it’s a nurturing space where children flourish, friendships grow, and values like respect and encouragement are at the heart of everything we do. Families appreciate the balance of fun and discipline, knowing their kids are gaining confidence, resilience, and joy in a safe and welcoming environment.
