At No Limits Combat Sports in North Brisbane, we provide high-quality martial arts training in a safe, family-friendly environment. Whether your child is just starting out or already passionate about martial arts, our programs are designed to build confidence, discipline, and fitness while keeping training fun and engaging.

⭐ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) – From beginners (ages 5+) to advanced students, our classes cover all elements of BJJ. Students learn and refine techniques from their very first lesson, with challenging concepts introduced to keep them motivated and inspired.

⭐ MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) – Our MMA program combines striking and grappling, taught by expert coaches in a full-size cage and matted training area. It’s the perfect environment for teens and adults to learn safely and effectively.

⭐ Muay Thai – Known as the “art of eight limbs,” Muay Thai incorporates punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Classes include pad work, bag work, and drills, with a colour-coded grading system to track progress. Sparring is optional, ensuring students feel comfortable at every stage.

As a family-owned centre, we’re passionate about martial arts and fitness. With over 30 years of combined experience, our trainers support everyone—from kids learning discipline and focus, to adults training for fitness or competition. We also offer private one-on-one sessions, Fight Fit classes (combining weights, HIIT, and functional fitness), and ladies-only classes led by a female trainer for a supportive start.
