Physical Culture is a unique fusion of sport and dance, combining the elegance of ballet and contemporary with the energy of jazz, hip hop, aerobics, and yoga. Performed to fun, modern music tailored to each age group, Physie offers a choreographed syllabus that’s engaging, uplifting, and suitable for girls and women from 3 years to 73+.
