We are proud to be an official branch of the International Karate Organisation (IKO) Kyokushin Kaikan, founded by the legendary Sosai Masutatsu Oyama and now led by Kancho Shokei Matsui. With our headquarters in Sydney and affiliated dojos across Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia, we bring families nationwide the chance to experience the strength and spirit of Kyokushin Karate.

👊 What is Kyokushin Karate?

Kyokushin Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art known as “The Strongest Karate.” Created in the 1960s, it blends techniques from karate, judo, boxing, and more, making it unique and powerful. Unlike other styles, Kyokushin focuses on circular movements, realistic sparring, and disciplined training. It’s not just about self-defence—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and respect in every student.
