Kumon Newtown Education Centre

At Newtown Education Centre, we offer education programmes to strengthen children's learning foundations to enable them to have a positive attitude towards study.

We encourage students to advance independently beyond their school grade level, and we deliver this outcome by utilising the Kumon Method, and materials designed to develop self-learning abilities, confidence, and the capability to set clear goals.

We also provide a 'traditional' private One-on-One Tutoring service for both primary school and secondary school students, specialising in English and Mathematics.

Tricia Robinson, who is now in her 18th year as Instructor at the Toowoomba Newtown Education Centre, says, “every child has the potential to learn far beyond his or her parents’ expectations, and the solutions offered can be life-long, rather than a quick fix”.
