🌟 Welcome to Knox Dance

For over three decades, Knox Dance has been nurturing, inspiring, and empowering young people through the art of dance. Established in 1992 by Katrina Cichowski, our school has grown into a vibrant community offering classes from toddlers to adults. With a strong foundation in classical ballet, we provide exceptional training across a wide range of dance styles, helping students build confidence, discipline, and creativity in a supportive atmosphere.

👶 Tiny Toes & Pre-School Dance (2–5 yrs)

Our youngest dancers begin their journey with fun, playful classes that spark imagination while gently introducing rhythm, coordination, and structure. These programs are designed to foster a love of dance from the very beginning.

⭐ Dance Styles for All Ages

We offer a wide variety of styles including classical ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop, acro, and elite body conditioning. Ballet is encouraged as the core subject, giving students the technique and strength to excel in all other styles.

🎭 Performance & Competitions

Students have the opportunity to shine through exams, concerts, and competitions. With a 100% pass rate in RAD & SFD exams since opening, Knox Dance is proud of its high standards. Many of our dancers have gone on to professional productions such as Billy Elliot and The Nutcracker, or continued into full-time dance courses and teaching careers.

Our facilities include three fully equipped studios with sprung floors, ballet barres, mirrors, and a student lounge—creating a safe and inspiring space for every dancer to grow.
