At KMT, we believe martial arts and fitness are about more than training—they’re about building community, confidence, and resilience. Your first class is completely FREE, so you can experience our supportive environment and see how we help kids, teens, adults, and seniors reach their goals.

👶 Kids Muay Thai (5–12 yrs)

Our kids’ classes are designed to build physical strength, emotional resilience, and confidence. With fun, structured training, children learn discipline, focus, and respect while staying active. For ages 7–14, there are opportunities to safely compete in MTANSW Development Days, which are fully padded and closely

monitored.

👦 Teens Muay Thai (12–16+ yrs)

Teens train in beginner or all-level classes, developing speed, agility, core strength, and endurance. Muay Thai is also a fantastic off-season sport, helping young athletes stay fit and focused while building confidence and discipline.

🥊 Adult Muay Thai & Boxing

From beginners learning fundamentals to advanced sparring and fighters’ programs, adults can train at their own pace. Classes improve fitness, coordination, and self-defence skills, with options for casual passes, unlimited memberships, or personal training.

💪 Parkinson’s & 60+ Programs

Specialised classes are available for older adults and those living with Parkinson’s, focusing on safe movement, strength, and confidence.

🧤 Training Kit

No gear is needed for your first few classes—we’ll lend you gloves and shin guards. Our team can guide you in choosing equipment when you’re ready, and while we sell gear, you’re welcome to buy from any supplier.
