At KMA St Marys, we believe martial arts is more than self-defence—it’s about building strong minds, healthy bodies, and confident kids. Our award-winning programs are designed for all ages, from preschoolers to adults, and focus on practical skills, fitness, and personal growth.

👶 Children’s Classes (Little Dragons & Champion Kids)

Tailored for ages 4–12, our kids’ programs combine fun with valuable life lessons. Children learn respect, focus, confidence, and self-defence skills through engaging activities. With anti-bullying and stranger danger themes, kids gain the tools to stay safe while developing coordination, discipline, and resilience.

🥋 Hapkido Martial Arts

Our Hapkido classes teach practical self-defence for real-world situations. Students learn pressure points, joint locks, throws, kicks, and submissions in a system that blends techniques from Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kali, Wing Chun, and weaponry. It’s combative training, not competition-focused—skills that work anytime, anywhere.

👩 Adult & Women’s Self Defence

Adults (16+) train in a complete martial arts system that sharpens reflexes, builds fitness, and strengthens both mind and spirit. Our women’s program offers an 8-week course designed to empower participants with strategies to escape and survive common street attacks, while building confidence and awareness.

Led by Master Denis Luzardo (3rd Dan Hapkido, over 10 years’ experience) and Master Brian, our qualified instructors teach in a modern, well-equipped studio at Don Bosco Youth Centre, St Marys. We foster a supportive community where students, families, and instructors encourage each other’s growth and celebrate achievements together.
