👦 Kids Martial Arts & Self Defence

Our kids’ program teaches practical, realistic self-defence skills while building awareness, mobility, flexibility, and confidence. Children learn respect, focus, and coordination, as well as how to avoid trouble and only use martial arts responsibly. It’s about keeping kids safe while helping them grow stronger in mind and body.

👩 Adult Martial Arts & Self Defence

Adults train in Hapkido, a highly effective self-defence system that covers survival techniques for many scenarios. Classes include pressure point strikes, dynamic kicks, joint locks, throws, and ground fighting. It’s a complete system designed to keep you and your loved ones safe while improving fitness and resilience.

💪 Women’s Self Defence

This 8-week program is designed specifically for women, teaching practical strategies to escape and survive common street attacks. It also builds awareness, confidence, and the ability to stand up for yourself and those you care about.
