Kicks and Bricks

Kicks and Bricks is a local small business providing quality before and after school activities in Inner West primary schools since 2016. We stand apart from many providers by offering results-driven educational programs that teach vital life skills such as fitness, resilience, teamwork, discipline and critical thinking, all with a focus on fun.

• The Kicks and Bricks Holiday Program runs every school holidays at Annandale North Public School

• We also run classes during the school term at Annandale North Public School, Kegworth Public School and St Joan of Arc Catholic Primary School

• We are Creative Kids and Active Kids providers.

• All our staff have up to date Working with Children clearances, and we have years of experience working with primary school children. We are fully compliant with NSW Government requirements, and we are COVID Safe.

• Our class numbers are capped to ensure each child gets the attention and care they deserve.

• We offer free placements and discounts for families that may be experiencing hardship. Kicks and Bricks prides itself on putting community needs at the forefront.

MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM

• Master Michael is a 4th dan Taekwondo instructor with over 22 years teaching experience in primary and high schools with a range of martial arts styles. Our TKD instructors have all been trained by 9th dan Grandmaster Yoo of NSW’s premier Taekwondo school.

• Our instructors have a broad range of fitness and martial arts skills, and we ensure that each child gets the attention they need.

• We focus on teaching our students the value of self-control, teamwork and we have a strong anti-bullying and anti-violence component in our program.

SOCCER SKILLS PROGRAM

Run by expert coaches from State Soccer, tackling skills such as coordination and fitness and technique training, with each session ending in a fun minigame.

LEGO STEAM WORKSHOPS

Our STEAM based Lego building workshops combine creative play, problem solving and group work with many exciting themes throughout the term that introduce children to basic concepts of the sciences, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.

VISUAL ARTS CLASSES

A fun and relaxed class with an experienced artist. An opportunity for kids to get creative while working on foundational technical skills in painting, sketching and clay hand-building.
