What do we do?
★ Performance Squad
Performance Squad is aimed at swimmers between 9 + years of age who are regularly participating in club, area competitions. Focuses upon the development of race technique, skills & conditioning.
★ Mini Squad
My mini squad program introduces children to swimming in squads & builds upon the techniques learned in LTS. The in between stage from learn to swim and junior squad.
★ Junior Squad
The Junior Transition Squad is the first of the competitive training squads. The squad focuses upon the introduction & development of racing skills.
