Taekwondo (the art of hand and foot) is taught with the 5 tenants of Courtesy ~ Integrity ~ Perseverance ~ Self Control ~ Indomitable Spirit at the core of all practice.

We offer a holistic approach with our services, providing a place of acceptance and belonging with a supportive group of all abilities.

We are a Traditional ITF certified Tae Kwon Do family school, catering for all abilities including NDIS participants, our inclusive approach caters for a range of neuro diverse students and their families.

All our instructors are accredited by the T.I.T.F and Martial Arts Australia (MAA), police and working with children checked, and have current first aid certificates. Our instructors and support workers are fully qualified or have extensive experience with disabilities and the elderly.

Classes include Tuls, sparring, self defence, flexibility training and Weapons - Bo staff and Escrima.
