At Influence Defence, we believe that a positive influence is the first step toward achieving your fitness and self-defence goals. Our independent, family-owned training centre offers a supportive environment where kids, teens, and adults can thrive. With group classes, one-on-one personal training, and small group sessions, we make sure every student gets the guidance and encouragement they need.

👦 Kids Krav Kickboxing

Designed for ages 9–16, this high-energy program builds discipline, fitness, coordination, and strong self-defence skills. Kids learn striking techniques (Muay Thai, Boxing, Krav Maga) and grappling skills (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo), preparing them for both competitive sports and real-life situations. Our instructors promote responsible behaviour and appropriate use of skills, ensuring a safe and empowering experience.

🥊 Boxing

Boxing is not only a combat sport but also an incredible cardio workout. Students burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance while learning proper technique in a structured, supportive setting.

🤼 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

BJJ offers a complete workout for body and mind. Students learn ground fighting, submission holds, and grappling techniques that build resilience, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. Every session challenges both physical and mental strength, making it suitable for all body types.
