OUR CLASSES

⭐ Cheerleading

All-Star Cheer is one of the world’s fastest-growing sports, combining stunting (lifting and throwing teammates), tumbling (flips), and dance. Unlike sideline cheer, All-Star Cheer is a competitive team sport where athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence as part of their own team.

⭐ Tumbling

Tumbling is an acrobatic discipline often seen in cheerleading and gymnastics, involving a series of flips, handsprings, and aerial moves. It’s a fantastic way to develop agility and is also useful for many other sports, like martial arts and parkour.

⭐ Dance

Our dance program focuses on creating a friendly, judgment-free environment where dancers can grow in skills and self-expression. With styles like Pom and Hip Hop, our dancers build confidence, make friends, and discover their strengths in a positive atmosphere.
