IMC Engadine is a full-time Martial Arts school serving families across Engadine, Sutherland Shire, and Heathcote. We welcome children as young as 18 months, offering programs that build focus, discipline, self-control, and confidence. With classes for all ages and skill levels, our goal is to share the benefits of martial arts with the whole community.

👦 Kids Martial Arts

Our Kids Karate program uses a unique, personalised curriculum to ensure every child gets the attention they need to succeed. Starting from toddlers, we help kids develop confidence, coordination, and respect while having fun.

🥊 Kickboxing

From ages 8 to 100, our Kickboxing classes are a fantastic way to get fit, burn fat, and build strength. Students enjoy a dynamic workout that improves flexibility and conditioning while helping shed unwanted kilos.

💪 Adult Martial Arts

Our Adult Martial Arts classes combine fitness with practical self-defence. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll train with expert instructors and enjoy a supportive environment that challenges and motivates.

🤼 Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

In our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, children learn takedowns, throws, and control techniques in a safe, structured way. It’s a great way to build resilience, confidence, and teamwork skills.

🎉 Birthday Parties

We make birthdays unforgettable! Our party packages include Karate instruction, teacher-led games, lolly bags, and the highlight—cutting the cake with a real samurai sword. Parents love that we take care of everything, so they can relax and enjoy the celebration.
