Welcome to Hire A Mermaid, where we turn birthday parties into magical adventures! Our team of passionate mermaids are dedicated to bringing enchantment to every event. Imagine the delight on children’s faces as they meet a real-life mermaid.
Each event is custom to your needs and, depending on the location of your event your mermaid/s can be:
-On land: Photo opportunities, questions & answers, story time, land games such as charades, etc.
-At a Pool: Mermaid tricks! Swim together, story time, Q&A, photos, water games such a as Marco polo, etc.
-At the Beach: A mix of land and pool activities with a very realistic location.

Hire A Mermaid specialises in memorable mermaid parties! We aspire to create catered experiences that will be talked about, and thought about for years to come!
What we do at your party is dependent on a few things; the strength of the children, their safety gear, your location, and your needs.
Our standard package is $360 for 1 hour and what to expect at your party is:
- Swimming and performing tricks/ sit with the party guests and:
- Play fun games!
- Edutainment about the ocean and sea critter friends!
- Mermaid questions and answers
- Photo opportunities
- AND MORE!
