🐯 Little Tigers (3–6 yrs)

Our Little Tigers Kung Fu classes introduce children to movement, coordination, and self-defence in a fun, safe environment. With caring instructors and our unique PROTECT PROGRAM, kids build strength, flexibility, and confidence through games, drills, and exercises they love.

👧 Juniors (7–12 yrs)

Designed from 18 years of refinement, our junior program empowers children physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through martial arts, kids discover confidence, resilience, and the importance of persistence—skills that benefit them both in and out of class.

🧑 Teens (13–16 yrs)

Teenagers thrive in our challenging and supportive martial arts environment. With the traditional art of Jow Gar Kung Fu, teens learn exciting new techniques every class, keeping them motivated while building discipline, focus, and self-belief.
