Gymbaroo Glebe & Redfern

Early childhood development program for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. WE have a comprehensive program that includes gym (motor skills), music, exercise, visualisation, self-regulation, and parent education.

We run classes Level 1 to 8 Monday to Friday during school terms. There is a dedicated Baby room for level 1, 2 and 3 with maximum of 8 babies per class.

Level 1: Platypus (birth to crawling)

Level 2: Wombats (crawling to walking)

Level 3: Penguins (walking to 18 months)

Level 4: Koalas (18 months to 2 years)

Level 5: Wallabies (2 to 2 1/2 years)

Level 6: Kangaroos (2 1/2 to 3 years)

Level 7: Possums / School Readiness Stage 1 (3 to 4 years)

Level 8: Emu / School Readiness Stage 2 (4 to 6 years)

CLASS STRUCTURE

Our classes help children to experiment with and learn about their bodies using a range of dynamic and static activities. All our classes follow a similar structure and include:

★ FREE PLAY: Time to have some fun & explore equipment

★ MAT TIME: Sing, dance, exercise & play with small equipment to build essential skills

★ EQUIPMENT TIME: Climb, jump, tumble, swing & balance on our equipment

★ MUSIC TIME: Play with musical instruments & our famous rainbow parachute

★ HOME ACTIVITIES: Information on child development and parenting skills
