Every class is taught personally by Sensei Carl Sullivan, who brings decades of experience and a genuine love for teaching.

Sensei Carl is not only a lifelong karate practitioner but also a proud father of three. His journey began at age 9, and he has trained in Shotokan and Kyokushin styles under lifelong mentors. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Carl’s classes blend tradition, skill, and fun—ensuring kids stay motivated while parents feel confident in the safe, family-focused environment.
